Dr. Gersham: Where have you been, recently, that's this dingy?
Drew: Erik's room.

Radagast Hall is is a four story dorm dating from the nineteenth century and is home to ninety-six students, eighty-eight freshman and eight Junior Assistants (JAs). All floors are co-ed by room. Except for the doubles, the rooms are small and narrow, but this is somewhat made up for by the eleven-foot ceilings and many students build lofts to take advantage of the extra vertical space.
The corner rooms are doubles, all other rooms are singles. Each room has a small closet. Each floor also contains one bathroom -- a men's on the odd-numbered floors, a women's on the even-numbered floors -- and a common room. The common room has a small open area at one end, with a series of progressively higher L-shaped carpeted risers extending to the rear wall (shown in green), providing a sort of stadium seating. A television is mounted near the ceiling in the outside front corner.
There are two JAs per floor. Like the bathrooms, the JAs are men on the odd floors and women on the even floors. The two JAs live in opposite corners, each sharing one of the doubles with a freshman (either x02 and x19 or x01 and x20).
